1. Hiking in Fallen Leaf Lake in Tahoe, buffet at Harrah's Casino
Nice relaxing, beautiful hike and ate too much at the buffet!
2. Leatherby's Ice Cream (twice)
Yummy swirls of caramel, ice cream and my favorite, pineapple sauce! :)
3. Black Chasm Caves in Volcano, CA
It was nice and cool inside! And very cool to see the stalagmites and stalactites.
4. 10 year high school reunion
Unfortunately, just like eating lunch at Senior Square 10 years before...
5. A week in San Diego, CA! :)
Fun times! Went to favorite places, ate a lot of ethnic foods, saw my friends...many friends are pregnant, have new cars...and I twisted my ankle...(its a lot better now)
6. Went to Monterey, CA (To check out the grad school I plan to attend Fall 2008)
It was a nice day filled with clam chowder and school searching...
7. Homemade Italian and Peach Pie night
It was fun and filled with Chicken Alfredo, mashed potatoes, peach pie...yummy!
8. Dad's 5-year Memorial/BBQ
Went to my dad's grave and visited with my Visalia family and then went to Rose Garden. My mom then had a little goodbye bbq later in the evening.
Other than that, it was watch DVDs, clean the garage, and hang around the house and relax and collect things...
